Ok, so I signup for two of my 3 cameras for the Plus and its all went thru but after unplugging the cams and moving them it shows them on a 14 day trial of cam plus, But I paid for the year for each??
Also are these now saved in the cloud on your servers and how do we access them in the cloud?
In the app, go to “Account”, then “Services”, click on the “active” camplus section, remove the trials, then go into the “available” camplus section and add the year subscriptions to the camera you want.
Anything that is sent to the cloud is viewed through the notifications themselves or through the event tab in the app.
