Wyze cam pan won't connect to phone

Hello, my wyze cam pan won’t connect to phones in the setup process. I have tried it on different phones. My router address is 192.168.178.1 I have the pan new. I have scanned the qr code and verified that it is connected to the wifi. It is shown in my router and the status led blinks blue. The App wont find the cam. I have tried different things tried: Flash a newer firmware via SD card. I have took out the SD card after the firmware update. I see the pan in my router it have the ip [192.168.178.114]

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.

Found my trouble too. The Wyze cam appears as “Unknown” on my Orbi so I had turned off its access after a strange access request inadvertently accepted. Might want to give these devices a default name like “Wyze-***” My printer has a default name as does my Fire and my smart plug. Of course, those can also be spoofed, but I hope those efforts remain rare.
