This is my 2nd Cam Pan bc had same issue with 1st one. IT just stops working and then I try to factory reset it but it stays on a solid yellow light and won’t do anything can’t even scan QR Code to set it up now

To start… How are you Factory resetting the Cam Pan?
Are you removing the device from the WYZE and re-adding it and/or have you flashed the firmware of the camera?
Normal hours, available Monday - Friday 5 am - 6 pm PT
Saturday 8 am - 4 pm PT
