Wyze Cam Outdoor Playback of recorded events (when available in the Base Station)

Complete Motion Recording + Playback on Wyze Cam Outdoor SD cards
This also isn’t about turning on Scheduled Recording to save to the WCO’s internal SD-Card.
This also isn’t about getting any type of Cam Plus or Cam Lite so that the events can be stored online.
This is about having the App link the WCO Event’s Playback button that shows up at the bottom to the matching recording that is already stored in the Wyze Base Station’s SD-Card.
Which would perfectly mimic what any other Wyze Cam does: the Playback button opens up a video that is stored on some SD-Card somewhere.
Currently, the Wyze Cam Outdoor can
- Report motion events that show up in the App’s Events tab.
- Show a PlayBack button at the bottom of the Event.
- But it is currently grayed out. This would need tweaking to take the user to the BaseStation’s matching recording.
- Record the event onto some SD Card.
- Just needs Backup to Base Station to be on for the Wyze Base Station to save the recorded event to its SD-Card. And not have Cam Plus enabled.
- The event recordings can currently only be accessed by removing the SD-Card from the Base Station and viewing them on some computer.
The bulk of the feature would be in the Wyze Base Station, and in the Wyze App. Most of the behaviors already exist for other Wyze devices.
- The Base Station needs to provide a list of available recorded events to the App.
- Similarly to how other Wyze Cams Playback mode shows times where a recording exists.
- The Base Station needs an API to stream/send the requested event recording to the App.
- This should be similar to how other Wyze Cams send recorded events from SD-card to the App.
- The App needs to recognize that an Event from a WCO has a special Playback handling that needs to be directed to the Base Station instead of the WCO.
