I’m wondering what wireless tech is used between the Base and the WCO v2? What is the typical range folks are seeing?

The base and WCO uses WiFi, (the base is litterally just a specialized WiFi router). Through a few walls I have gotten about 70 feet.

I have the original outdoor camera and the detection range is not far nothing compared to my v3s
The OP is talking about distance from the base station.
The WCO uses a heat sensing PIR sensor, not motion detected by the camera. You can set the sensitivity and distance though.
Oh I see…wifi distant is good but picking up a people is not far at all .
