I have two Cam Outdoor units that I would like to use to record clips based on motion detection, without audio. I’ve seen instructions for how you can record without audio, by going to the camera > the gear icon > Advanced Settings. However, turning off sound recording does not appear in the menu. Is this not a capability of the Cam Outdoor, or is there something wrong with my setup? My cameras are firmware 4.17.1.001 and basestation is 4.16.0.200. Thanks!

I don’t know if this turns off the sound recording or just in playback but I have had the sound turned off (Lower Left) since I set up the camera. This is on the outdoor camera, I haven’t seen another setting for sound detection on or off in the app. for the out door cam. Maybe that is only for V2 and V3 ?
