Wyze Cam Outdoor not showing in CAM PLUS available devices screen

I have 4 Wyze Cams. 2 Pans, 1 V2 and my WOC. I can switch my Cam Plus service between all but the WOC… It doesn’t show in “Available Devices”. Thoughts?

Make sure the app and firmware is up to date. Power cycle the camera and the base and maybe reinstall the app as well to see if that helps.

KJay, Thanks for the reply. Firmware is up to date. I power cycled both the base and the camera. No dice. Still doesn’t show. If I uninstall and reinstall the app, am I going to lose all of my settings for any or all of my Wyze Cams?

Also, Will I lose any of my current cloud content for any of the cams ?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not change your camera settings or anything stored in the cloud.

Thanks for the help. Before trying the delete and reinstall, I did an update of the app and it appeared to work. Thanks.
