Funny After my order confirmation email I got Another email , Now Available: Wyze Bulb
love the ones I already have
My order went throughā¦at least I got a confirmation email stating my order has been received.
Itās back! Glad your order went through.
I donāt know if mine did, as my post above states.
Did you sign in Before you placed your order?
I did not. Used website, filled in the order info all that stuff but didnāt get confirmation screen or email- pending charge on my card though.
Yeah Iām not sure whatās up with your order but In the future , I have found it is best On the website to sign in Before you order Then You can sign in and have access To check on your Orders.
See if you can check your order through the app
@Steve_P, youāre welcome for the reply! As for the amazon.ca question, we never authorized them to sell our products. We have authorized amazon.com and thatās where amazon.ca is getting their stock from. We were still paid for the product that youāre purchasing but it makes the warranty replacements tricky. When we have Canadian shipping it will no longer be a problem.
@peek, Iād recommend that you contact our support team to have them check on your order. Hereās the form for getting in touch with them!
I tried around 2:30pm ET and was having all kinds of issues with the website. I almost gave up on the whole thing. Extremely frustrating. Never got a confirmation email but it looks like my order is on the site. Any guess on how long itāll be in pick and pack?
Was about to order and spotted that it is 120V only. Saw someone from NZ had ordered, so hope they realise. (NZ is 240V)
Will you sell a 230V version?
Ordered 8 bulbs yesterday and they shipped yesterday. You guys made massive improvements to your shipping system!
Theyāve only marketed them as 120V compliant because they are only sold in the US. However, they are actually designed for 220V, so they should work without issue.

When will u lunch the 220v version??? so we can use it internationally?
As I just said in the post above yours, the current bulb will do 220v.
Huuuuhā¦ torn hereā¦ super glad i could get my hands on a camera here in canada, but not too impressed amazon would do that either. ugh.
Well, GL with the cdn shipping, Im sure it will be a very good thing for Wyze. Cant wait, lots of plans for your bulbs and sensors and cameras
@Steve_P, thatās about how we feel about the situation! Thanks for your encouragement. We look forward to making it up to you under our own power!
I confirm that the Wyze Bulbs will work for 220v (thanks for fielding that, @Newshound!) and that orders are already shipping out.
Iāve looked at the specs on the website and it doesnāt state thatā¦ will this be done for later batches? Or this is already a fact?
Itās in the FAQ. The specs are written for marketing in the US but it still works with 220v.
I posted the FAQ reference in my response in post 33. The bulbs were designed from the start this way.
Iām excited to Wyze to expand into lighting! The price is great, and Iām sure the product is too. The one feature I would LOVE to see for these is a wake-up / sunrise feature where you can set your wake-up time and have the bulb gently turn on and go from warmest to coolest temp over a pre-set duration. Some smart bulbs already support this, and I see someone beat me to this suggestion here: Bulb user-controlled dimming and color shift timing (sleep routine). I hope we see more roadmap items for the bulb on here soon!
