Wyze band losing sync

I’ve had to reset my wyze band a couple times when it stops syncing with my phone. Is this a known issue?

I noticed that my band had not sync’d up with my phone for over 24 hours (and 2 long dog walks), I tried 5 or 6 times in the app without any luck. Then I stopped BT on my phone and restarted it.

That did the trick for me. It reconnected to the band and pulled in the data for both walks.

Yeah, tried all the standard steps suggested. No luck. Had to remove completely and re-add it. This was on an iPhone. I have multiple phones logged into the app, not sure of that is causing any of the issues staying synced.

You keep saying this but where is the #early-access forum catagory. How about a link?
