My Wyze band went dead after less than 4 months. Anyone else seeing this same type of short life?
Also, I sent a communications to Wyze asking for a replacement due to the 1 year warranty. Their system is less than responsive. First, there was no “Technical Support” option that they gave in their instructions on the site. Secondly, there was no acknowledgement when I sent them my ticket, nor did they ask for my email or phone number. So I don’t know if they got it or what the expectations are for a reply, let alone a replacement. Certainly not impressed with the warranty claim process. I also couldn’t find a phone number for contacting them directly. Any help here would be appreciated.
