The Band has an icon of a wyze band and 985c on the screen. Tried reboot, turning it off and it always comes back to this screen.
That is the code you enter in the Wyze app to connect it to the app. If you have previously paired this band, delete the band from the app and see if you can can pair it again. Your data should still be stored. If that doesn’t work, contact support. Voice calls will yield a faster response.
