I have an iphone 8 (ios 11.4). I can’t login to my account on the Wyze app while my phone is connected to the wifi (2.4 GHz or 5.0 GHz). I am able to login while using the LTE network. The camera can’t connect to the wifi network either (and I tried different routers). I’m assuming the phone and the camera should be on the same network for the setup phase which never happened for me. Anyone with similar issues?
Sounds like a firewall issue. Is this a personal or work wifi?
