I haven’t accessed my account for awhile, and today when I opened my Wyze app, it didn’t recognize that I have any devices! I did get a message stating “Failed to update device list.” (error code 1002). I’ve read the forum postings on this error and most solutions have to do with Apple products or a VPN, neither of which I have. The Wyze chat support appears to be useless. What do you suggest?

Try rebooting your phone. If that doesn’t work, try deleting and reinstalling the Wyze app.
