Cam wont connect at home thru wifi…but will remontely thru live stream…ive tried everything i can think of… im on the right network…both cam and phone on same network…also tried power cycling…any ideas ???

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support ticket, preferably from within the app while the bad camera is selected. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.
Tried all that… tried thru cellular.and connected. But wont stay connected thru 4g or wifi…tired clicking on the support tab at the top of this page and when i go to submit request it has me to pick topic and after that nothing happens…getting frustrated!!!
You can file a support ticket through the Wyze app, which is actually better since it will collect the logs and send them to Wyze for analysis.
What exactly happens? Are you getting error codes? What router are you using?
Ok. Figured out what it is…when i upgraded to new firmware it wont connect…it will connect with older firmware…how do i go back to older version ??
