How far is the range for the cameras? I have a detached garage I want to install a camera in, I have tried a wired camera but it wouldn’t connect to my home wifi although i get connection with other devices

well it still didn’t connect from the garage once set up in the house. so apparently the signal just isn’t strong enough.
