Was having connectivity issues & cameras freezing with all 3 of my cameras. After working with my cable/internet provider, it was discovered that the cameras were connecting to my TP-Link WiFi extenders instead of connecting directly to my WiFi. Once I unplugged all extenders the cameras began operating flawlessly. Just a heads up for everyone as well as the WYZE team.
I have one camera going through a TP-Link extender for 5 months without any issue. It resides in the back of the house.
All of my WiFi extenders have their own unique name. I have been using WiFi extenders for over 5-years, before Wyze, and have never had a connection jump to another extender.
