Why no Playback

I have 4 Wyze cams. I have lost the Playback option at times on all 4 of the cameras but they eventually are made available again. However, on one of my cams, the Playback feature is not available, and hasn’t been available for about a week now. Any suggestions??

Also, when I do have Playback, it’s very scratchy on all 4 cameras. Why??

What model router do you have?

Are you referring to Playback from the SD card?

Also, what types of cams are you having problems with (v2, pan cam, outdoor cam)?
