I have several cameras of all ages (humblebrag: I purchase my first within the first 30 days!) however, the firmware loads on many are different and what is puzzling is that it is not all limited by model or age. Specifically, I love the AI feature but cannot get it on some of my cams, as it does not appear as an option.
When I check all say “You are up to date on firmware.” So what am I doing wrong? What should the firmware be by model? How can I resolve? Thanks in advance. Lee
