Where can I get a copy of the OLD WCO "Test" Base Station firmware? 4.16.0.182

Does anybody know where I can download a copy of the LAST SUPPORTED FIRMWARE for the old WCO Test Base Station? Firmware 4.16.0.182.

Obviously the test firmware IS NOT on the standard Wyze Release Notes page.

I realize the old base station is no longer supported and hasn’t been updated for a long time. But I’m hoping to get my hands on the zipped file of the last supported firmware version, 4.16.0.182.
