I bought 3 Wyze robot vacuum cleaners and I’m using them regularly. I will soon need new brushes and filters. When can I buy them? Where can I buy them? I don’t want to end up in a place where they’re done and I can use the vacuum cleaner anymore.
Will someone from Wyze please tell me?
Reaching Wyze to talk to a human being is downright impossible. That’s extraordinarily frustrating.
Normally I order everything you make but I have slowed that down because I cannot seem to reach a human. I really really really really do not like being forced into AI or automated support. AI has its place and that is definitely NOT support.
