Whats the current state of RTSP?

Does anyone know the current state of RTSP? I believe the latest firmware for RTSP is .40, but I’ve seen many varied reports of instability in this section of the forum.

Is RTSP development considered complete, or still ongoing? I bought a bunch of V2 cams in hopes of using them via RTSP with a proper home NVR. So far I haven’t been able to accomplish this after trying with iSpy and iVideoN on Windows and Linux platforms.

@UserCustomerGwen, @ArthurH, is there any way you could please provide some official word as to where things are in the RTSP life-cycle and whether it is still even considered to be in Beta?

While the feature is launched under the Wyze app, the firmware is still in beta and we’re fine-tuning it before calling it done. :slight_smile:
