Hi, I’m a newbie and just received and setup my 4 Wyze cams. Whoohoo! I was wondering what the delay is once a camera activates a 12-second video. I had a DHL truck pull up in front of the house and remained in the van and the camera caught this. However, this same camera completely missed the DHL guy coming up to the front door and placing the package on the porch 1 minute later. Not sure why. Thanks.
There is a 5 minute “cooling off” period between consecutive 12 second alert videos.
