Great product, but my goodness please fix this website! Terrible! Can’t buy products, orders get screwed up, drop items, don’t take cards, duplicate orders or are wrong…and you can’t ask a question or give feedback…this is it.
Is anyone else frustrated by this? Small tech company who can’t get a website right. Embarrassing.

The website great for me. The only time I had issues what’s when the website was slow because of the outdoor cam being ordered at release.
The website is slow because the coders failed to optimize things. I spent 20 years doing website development. It’s not always easy but Wyze has missed some things, as evidenced by gtmetrix.com test results.
