This would help instead of waiting 3-4 days for a tech response, like simple, how to get back to factory settings when the update fails mid stream. This community effort should resolve that kind of issue and free up tech support for other things.

To perform a Factory reset on your camera, follow the instructions below:
Leave the unit plugged in and power on.
Press and hold the setup button on the bottom of the unit for 20 second.
allow at least 30 seconds for unit to initialize. Please note: In some rare instances this process can take up to 5 minutes, this is normal. LED on unit should start off as solid yellow, then changed to flashing yellow when it is ready to setup again. Note: In rare instances the LED may simply turn off, this should also mean it is ready for setup and a setting that change be changed after setup has defaulted to ‘off’.
The device is now ready to go through a normal setup process that you may reassign a new wifi network to the unit.
