Almost 7 weeks after receiving and mounting my Wyze Outdoor Cams, the one in a high traffic area, the alley behind my house, is down to 3% and I am recharging, It typically detects 30-40 events a day, The other camera, is at 61% after 7 weeks. ( approx 17 weeks total at this pace) , it only detects 3-4 events per day due to its location
They both have functioned without issue.
I might try setting up the busy one only to notify at night to save battery
I also might try flipping it upside down to better match the IR detection zone with the area and placement of the camera, to be a little more accurate/effective at catching events immediately when the subject is in camera range
