I have an outdoor cam that is no longer holding a charge. I can sit it in an empty room and it will go dead in a matter of an hour or so. It is still under warranty, but there doesn’t seem to be any easy way to contact anyone to request help with a warranty issue. Anyone ever successfully contacted an actual human at Wyze?
