The videos on my alert notifications are very short. Is there any way to extend that time?
It is by design to save on calls to the cloud service. Then, I believe it does not record again for 5 minutes to prevent from too many triggers. I came to realize this makes the cloud based service not useful for my needs. I wanted to track activity at the front of my house due to occasional vandalism in the neighborhood. The problem is, the cam only records 10-15 seconds, so it captures someone entering the scene, but it will not likely save the activity of the person and that person will be gone 5 minutes later. An SD card is pretty much required.
