We now have to playback from the SD card. Quite often when I try that the screen hangs for several seconds and screen goes black. I start pressing buttons and eventually it comes back.

I’ve reinstalled Wyze, but no luck.
As in my previous post, it works fine on other devices including another exact same model cell phone.
Must be something on my cell phone? I’ve cleared storage, cache. All apps up to date. Something on my cell phone?
Suggestions?
