Vacuum shipping issue. Confused

Mine arrived today, I paired it, it did two separate firmware updates and it’s currently charging.

Fingers crossed it works well.

Oh. Great. Just as I type that I check the charging status and it says The robot is disconnected from the internet.

Really??? Good grief.

And now I can’t get it to connect again. So I deleted it added it as new and it won’t connect. Restarted router. Nothing.

Customer service finally got back to me today to tell me the vacuum shipped on 1/14 - and wont arrive until 1/25

I am disappointed that Wyze couldn’t bother springing for expedited shipping - considering this whole thing is their fault.
