“Enable Hardware Decoder” is turned on anytime I view my v3 camera. When “Enable Hardware Decoder” is on, my Pan Cams no longer respond to the touch screen and the on screen controls cause the Pan Cams to cycle to the end stops. (No fine control.) Would appreciate anyone else verifying this. Happens on multiple versions of Android.

This appears to have been corrected with the most recent app update. (V2.16.23 for android)
