I have 3 V2 cameras showing ‘offline’ after recent app update. Any ideas to bring them back online to the cloud? All 3 recording correctly to SD cards.

If you haven’t done so, power cycle your cams, and router. I would also try restarting your device as well. Make sure to give everything time to reconnect.
Tried all those suggestions, no connection to the cloud.
Hi @djdtmd1988 If your V2 are on 4.9.6.241 and App is the one released July 12, 2021
Then check router ports.
If that looks OK may need to open a suport ticket.
Delete and re-install cameras in the app.
Could you elaborate on which app update? Was it to v2.22.21?
I’ve been having problems with update.

Maybe it’s the SD card ? Was it the Wyze one ? Do you have a spare camera to see if it’s the camera going buggy ? Hopefully it all gets fixed when a new firmware update rolls out !
