Ticket # 571106 sent 8 days agoā¦no response. I ordered masks and thermometer. I got masks 17days later but no thermometer. 21 days and counting. Order # 001940643. Was supposed to get some free light bulbs too.
I have order number 002226115. Its been showing that it shipped but the USPS tracking number shows they never got it. I put in a trouble ticket [Wyze Ticket 584482]. The USPS still shows it was created April 30 but never made it to shipper. I have got no response from my ticket. Can someone find what is going on? Thanks.

My order # is 002420812 and I just need to know if my order is in stock and able to be shipped out. If not, then Iāll have to get a refund. I donāt have a lot of money and would need to get my refund before moving on. The verbiage when I purchased the item said āAwaiting shipmentā. I placed an order and only received one of the two items. Iāve tried contacting Wyze customer support by email over the past week and have yet to hear from anyone. Iām really disappointed in their customer service. Not a good first impression. My order number is 002229382.

Like many others I too have not received half of my mask order. Order 002225368 - fully paid but did not get KN95 mask. Raised ticket 583776 several days ago but no response. Would simply like a refund if they will not be shipped. Or an explanation.

I didnāt even get an order number. I ordered the facemasks on 4/20/20 and my account was charged. I have never received a confirmation email or anything. I have open two tickets and have not heard back on either. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank next if I do not get a resolution.

Looks like a lot of people are experiencing this. Only half of my order came. I ordered masks and a Wyze lock, only the masks came.
