When I check my events daily it only allows back within 8 hours even though my cams are set to 24 hrs.
Did you try this? Open the events, tap cameras on the top right, then show results on the bottom right.
yes I did, and for example yesterday will only show from 6pm to 11pm even though there has been events all day. When I hold the events up to get more at the bottom it only shows a spinning circle
What kind of cameras are you using V3 or Wyze outdoor? Event recording only ? Maybe it’s your app. Go to account on the app and sign out. Force close the app. Open the app again and sign back into your account. I am using iOS app with 4 outdoor cams and one V3. Sometimes just signing out of my account then back in has helped other issues.
