Unable to add sense devices

I’ve not been able to add new devices to my home sense. Tech support suggested that I do a reset and re-add all of them I’d really not rather do that because it is time-consuming. Can you confirm that wise is aware of the issue of not being able to add new devices and is working on a fix possibly with the next software roll out or firmware update.
