So I’ve been having issues for a few days in a row now. About once a day, all my wyze sensors, bulbs and sometimes my cameras show offline. If I check the cameras, they will normally boot up and show me video even though they claim to be offline. But I can’t turn any lights on, none of my automation rules work, because everything else appears to be offline. All my firmware is up to date, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times, cycled my router. Not sure where to proceed from here
I would strongly suggest opening a support ticket. They have a program that they can send you to gather real time network info etc.
