Trouble reconnecting through wyze app

What do I do after my 14 day free trial ends,I bought a 32 gb memory chip but cant seem to get my camera to reconnect through my wyze app.

Do you mean free 14-day cloud storage? There is no ‘trial’ period. You buy the camera, the software is free, and there is no monthly charge.

The free 14-day cloud storage is a cloud space to store your alert videos. In this case the alert clips are stored there for free for 14 days, during which time you can download them to your device if you want to keep them permanently.

So the answer to the first part of your question is you do nothing, there is no expiration period.

The second part of your question is more complicated. You said ‘reconnect’ so I assume you got it working at some point? How far is the camera from your router? Tell us more about your situation, like are you using iOS or Android, and what exactly are you seeing?

Also tell us what SD card. Most 32GB work.
