Time out on 12 second cloud clips

New customer and the techie in me has a question.

I setup both cameras with push notifications. When I get a motion detection alert on my phone I go to view the 12 second clip that I believe is stored in the cloud. 25% of the time I get network timed out when trying to view the clip. In testing yesterday I had 92mbps wifi connection rate with all bars lit up (I was standing next to my wifi router).

Thoughts?

How long after the notification did you try to view the video? Sometimes it does take a bit of time for the video to be uploaded to the server and be available to be viewed.
