Unfortunately @qlang243 is right, there are already issues where cameras failed to start/restart or to continue functioning just because of absence or lost of internet connection. It’s already requested on the wishlist and other forum post/topics that people requesting and complaining that the camera should continue its basic function even offline.
Although I haven’t tried the RTSP firmware if the RTSP video stream continue to function offline…
