Alright guys I just got the thermostat and was super thrilled. It turned on and even took me though the steps for setup. It asked me do I feel heat or cold and I replayed no to all. Then suddenly the whole unit shuts off. I messed with it for 3 hours now. And no result. It had power. Worked and was on. Now I can’t get this thing on again. And yes the HVAC system is fine and working. Any help?
Did you check for a blown fuse on the control board or tripped breaker? Also post before and after pics of your wiring.
