April 2 was the last Insight report. Why has Insights stopped reporting daily furnace heating times?

Insights are not showing up for some users unfortunately, me being one of them…
I’ve never seen the insights data graph on my thermostat since I’ve installed in 2 months ago

Seems to stop working periodically. Last time restarting the thermostat fixed it for a bit.
