I’m hoping this helps someone. I have a heat pump with auxillary heat. Everything was installed correctly, but in testing, the heat and cold were activating in reverse. Upon inspection of the settings, advanced, I noticed the ‘swap heat and cool’ slider was activated. I definitely did not do this, it was on by default. It’s not a huge problem to deactivate it, but I could see this frustrating some people if they didn’t know about this.
