As the title implies, has anyone in the forum received any reply/feedback from the Wyze team after submitting a ticket regarding their thermostat? Like firmware update, furnace continues heating up passing the set temperature. Does it take a while for them to reply? Like my Wyze thermostat is blowing full force when it kicks in, and overshoots more than 2 degrees past my set temperature at 71, and gets sweating hot after. Behavior slider doesn’t do anything. I’m no expert, but my dumb thermostat is way smarter
