Terrible shipping from Wyze!

Am I the only one that seems to have trouble with Wyze and their product shipping and either getting lost or terribly delayed? I’ve been with Wyze since I believe the beginning that they started and every time there’s a problem. I just ordered a V3 they said it would be here on the 24th summary of shipping all over the country and now I’m getting it a week later. Totally unacceptable!

Have you looked through the forum? Many, many issues with shipping.

Exactly. By all accounts they really need to change shippers.

Not only my current package has been delayed Two times and now they can’t tell me an actual date! What’s even funnier is Wyze is sending me an offer to do a survey in order to be paid $100 possibly. I find that very amusing what’s the point of a survey they don’t even listen to people in these forums!
