What is the typical lead time to get a responses from tech support on a problem camera?
I called, waited about 5 minutes, and then got a fellow that was incredibly helpful, and nice. It was about a login problem, but presumably he would have been able to assist on any subject.
I opened an online ticket last Monday, no response. I will be calling them tomorrow. Thanks
You are most welcome-- I opened an online ticket yesterday, at around 10 AM. I got a response via email, much later in the day. Your ticked probably got lost in the support shuffle.
