Sunset sunrise option available world wide

I think the sunset and sunrise option to start and stop camera is great. It failed I am guessing it only works in USA, but as you sell world wide I would like to use this option in Melbourne Australia. The program is already there it just need to be able to enter time zones around the world. I am guessing it will not get many votes as it only affects the market outside USA.
