Currently, the Wyzecam sends/saves alerts for any motion in it’s viewing range, however, it would be more useful if you could specify a range for an alert to be sent, such as a door outline. Even on the lowest setting, it triggers an alert every 5 minutes, basically rendering notifications useless. I know that the iZON camera has this feature and it is a basic feature at that. I understand that the cost of this camera is very inexpensive, but I know that this is just a software addition, which does not cost much.
