I purchased a promotion “Subscribe to an annual plan of Cam Plus, and get a free Wyze Cam v3” on December 20th, 2020. Until now I still didn’t receive the free Wyze Cam v3.

I tried to contact support 2 times but they didn’t answer the question.

Look like this is a scam promotion.

I was supposed to get one with my Wyze Robotic Vacuum and did not receive it either.

Given my current experience with support regarding my vacuum, I am letting them handle one issue at a time since it seems that is all they can handle.

I actually have two issues with the vacuum. They seem to have given up on the first one with one feeble try. Now the second one, which disables the vacuum, is going on a week with little to no resolution.
