Starting to act up again

It worked on my work and now it acting up again n not connecting… I jus wan to check up on my kids while I’m at work

If you could please, inside the app, in the Help & Feedback section under Account start a support request & include your logs.

Can you try resetting the camera from within the app, or power cycle it if you are near enough. Then force-restart the app and see if that clears it up.
