I bought the cameras to keep an eye on my elderly mom. I remember when I first bought the cameras, I was able to listen in on conversations that happened in the room. I can’t seem to hear conversations properly anymore. I’m not sure if any of the upgrades caused this. Has anyone noticed the same issue?
Due to several complaints, they have been playing with the audio. They aren’t done yet, but they say things may change for the better soon. One of the biggest issues has been an audio delay that they think they be nearing a resolution on. Once they fix that, we may start seeing some real progress on audio issues.
The problem so far has been the logs don’t contain the information they need, so they’ve had to start from scratch.
