We use our cam as a baby monitor and have only been using it for 2 weeks now. The last 3 days the sound keeps shutting off or going in and out. I wake up and have to turn the sound on and off to get it to go back on but even then it only lasts for a little bit. Now it keeps popping up with error messages. We’ve closed the app out, unplugged the camera and rebooted the WiFi and still doesn’t work. The camera to the modem is really close.

That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.
